Key Requirements

- Experience in drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalising:
- Tender Documents
- Concession Agreements
- Bids
- Joint Bidding Agreements
- Consortium Agreements
- Joint Venture Agreements
- Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
- Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Risk Matrices
- Exposure to contracts, project documentation, regulatory, and advisory work
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Willingness to work from Mumbai initially and relocate to Delhi later
