About the Opportunity
The firm is looking for a driven and detail-oriented legal professional with a strong foundation in dispute resolution to handle commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 2–4 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Demonstrated capability in appearing before courts, tribunals, and arbitral proceedings.
• Ability to independently draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in white-collar defence and investigations will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle commercial litigation and arbitration matters across all stages of proceedings.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Assist in white-collar defence and investigation matters, where required.
• Manage matters independently with a high degree of ownership and professionalism.
