Our Law Chambers, based in Delhi, is engaged in active litigation before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Delhi. The Chambers focuses on constitutional, administrative, and procedural law matters, with an emphasis on high-quality drafting, rigorous legal research, and disciplined court practice.
About the Position
Applications are invited for the position of Associate from legal professionals with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). This role is intended for candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in litigation and are committed to meticulous legal work and courtroom practice.
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing pleadings and applications
- Conducting detailed legal research
- Preparing case briefs and written submissions
- Appearing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and other forums in Delhi
- Assisting in case strategy, pleadings, and court preparation
Essential Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree from a recognised university with a consistently strong academic record
- Strong command over the English language with the ability to draft complex legal arguments and communicate effectively
- Sound understanding of constitutional, administrative, and procedural laws
- Proficiency in computers and legal drafting tools, including MS Office and PDF editing software
- Excellent legal research skills, including familiarity with platforms such as SCC Online and Indian Kanoon
- Prior experience of independent case management before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other Delhi forums is preferable, including drafting of SLPs, Writ Petitions, Written Submissions, Rejoinders, and Counter Affidavits

- This position is Delhi-based and requires regular court appearances
