About the Opportunity
The firm is looking for a Mid Associate with strong corporate law experience, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, foreign investments, energy, and employment law.
Eligibility Criteria
• 4–6 years of experience as an Associate in a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• PERADI License preferred.
• Extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Investments, Energy, and Employment practice.
• Experience in Litigation will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to provide practical and well-rounded legal solutions.
