Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Experience in corporate advisory, agreement drafting, transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong legal research and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of corporate communication and client management.
• Willingness to engage in direct client interaction and relationship management.
• Exposure to financial regulatory matters, compliance, and fintech will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and transaction documents.
• Assisting in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Conducting legal research and providing regulatory advice.
• Supporting compliance and fintech-related legal matters.
• Managing client communications and advisory assignments.
