Sanjay Kumar, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, with over 28 years of litigation experience, is inviting applications for a Litigation Internship for the month of January 2026.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to litigation practice before the Supreme Court of India and other courts across multiple practice areas.
Nature of Work
- Court observation and assistance in litigation matters
- Legal research and drafting
- Case briefings and file preparation
- Exposure to proceedings before the Supreme Court and other courts
- Practice Areas: Criminal, Civil, Matrimonial, Arbitration, Intellectual Property, and PMLA
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (preferably 4th year onwards of a 5-year course / 2nd year onwards of a 3-year LL.B. course)
- Strong interest in litigation
- Basic legal research and drafting skills
- Serious, disciplined, and court-oriented approach
