Eligibility Criteria:
• Law students in the 3rd year and above of a 5-year LL.B. programme.
• Law students in the 2nd year and above of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Interest in comparative legal research involving Indian and U.S. law.
• Prior research experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research on issues relating to Indian and U.S. law.
• Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal developments.
• Prepare research notes, summaries, and legal memoranda.
• Assist with legal analysis and documentation.
• Support ongoing research projects and assignments.
