About the Internship
Wadhwa & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Litigation & Dispute Resolution Intern. This internship offers substantial exposure to complex legal research, drafting of pleadings, and strategic aspects of ongoing dispute resolution matters. The internship will commence from 20 February 2026 onwards and will be conducted in-office for a duration of 4–8 weeks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently enrolled in LL.B. or integrated law programs
- Penultimate or final-year students preferred
- Demonstrated interest and prior internship experience in litigation
- Strong proficiency in legal research databases and drafting
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under professional supervision
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on assigned matters
- Drafting pleadings and assisting in dispute resolution work
- Supporting case preparation and litigation strategy
- Assisting in documentation and legal analysis
- Working closely with the litigation team on active matters
