Mode: In-House / Office-Based
Eligibility Criteria:
• Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
• Candidates must be based in the Delhi NCR region.
• Strong interest in:
- Corporate Law
- Contract Drafting and Review
- Compliance
- Legal Research
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Areas of Exposure:
• Corporate Law and Commercial Transactions.
• Contract Drafting, Review, and Management.
• Regulatory Compliance and Risk Assessment.
• Legal Research and Advisory Support.
• In-house Legal Operations and Documentation.
