The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Vikram Nath, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for Judicial Internships on a rolling basis for various internship periods in 2026.
About the Internship
The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to judicial functioning through legal research, drafting, court work, and administrative assistance at the Supreme Court of India.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal databases and basic legal procedures.
• Good analytical and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Assist in writ drafting and legal applications.
• Assist with drafting and court-related work.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and case briefs.
• Provide administrative and paralegal support to the legal team.
• Attend court hearings whenever required.
