About the Internship
Seven Seas Partners is offering an internship that provides in-depth exposure to Income Tax and White-Collar Litigation. Interns will gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and strategy formulation in complex tax and economic offence matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora, including High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be in the final year of their undergraduate law program or already possess an LL.B. degree
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research
- Good research, drafting, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting legal representations
- Assisting with legal research and analysis
- Drafting legal documents and preparing case summaries
- Attending court hearings and client meetings
- Assisting in legal research, drafting, and case preparation
- Supporting documentation, filings, and compliance work
