Eligibility Criteria
- Students in 2nd to 4th year of 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. programme
- Strong interest in litigation and legal practice
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and applications
- Assisting in court proceedings and case preparation
- Supporting litigation work across various courts and tribunals
- Working on matters related to commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, family law, labour law, IP, and more
