K&G Techlaw Partners is inviting applications from law students interested in building a career in Corporate Law. The internship offers practical exposure to corporate legal work and provides an opportunity to work on transactions, compliance matters, contract drafting, and advisory assignments.
About the Internship
The internship is designed for law students with prior exposure to corporate law who wish to strengthen their practical skills in corporate transactions, legal research, drafting, compliance, and advisory work.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good legal research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases is preferred.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of legal research databases such as Manupatra and SCC.
• Prior internship experience in Corporate Law is mandatory.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate transactions, compliance, contract drafting, and advisory work.

• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.

• Assist with corporate transactions, compliance, and advisory assignments.
