Jawa Capital Services Private Limited is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern at its office in Jasola Vihar, New Delhi. The internship offers practical exposure to corporate law, legal research, contract review, litigation support, and insolvency-related matters.
About the Internship
The internship is suitable for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate transactions, compliance, contract drafting, advisory work, and matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, including assistance in drafting Resolution Plans.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good legal research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases is preferred.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of legal research databases such as Manupatra and SCC.
• Prior internship experience in Corporate Law is mandatory.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate transactions, compliance, contract drafting, and advisory work.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.

• Assist with court and litigation-related work.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Review contracts and assist with corporate legal documentation.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing matters and maintain case files.
• Assist in drafting Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
