Jeta Legal, a reputed South Delhi–based boutique law firm, is inviting applications from law students, recent law graduates, and entry-level candidates for an internship opportunity. The firm’s areas of practice include Litigation across courts, Transaction Advisory, Tax, and Corporate Legal Matters.
Internship Details:
- Position: Legal Intern
- Mode: On-site
- Location: South Delhi
- Duration: Minimum 1 Month

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to 3rd-year or above law students and recent law graduates.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are preferred.
- Interest in gaining hands-on exposure across diverse legal matters.
What You Will Gain:
- Practical exposure to litigation, transaction advisory, tax, and corporate legal matters.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal and commercial documentation.
- Exposure to corporate lending, project finance, and transaction structuring.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Understanding of legal risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience working with business and credit teams.
