Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has opened applications for the position of Assessment Intern/Associate for its General Corporate and M&A Team. The opportunity offers candidates exposure to corporate and transactional legal matters while working with a reputed law firm.
Internship Details:
- Position: Assessment Intern/Associate
- Team: General Corporate and M&A
- Location: New Delhi
- Duration: Minimum 1 Month
- Stipend/Salary: Based on Performance
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to 3rd-year or above law students and recent law graduates.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience of training or working with a reputed law firm in Corporate/M&A practice.
- Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, SEBI laws, RBI regulations, Indian Contract Act, and Industrial and Labour Laws.
- CS qualification and relevant training or work experience will be preferred.
