Jain & Partners is inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern from fresh law graduates (BA.LLB) for immediate joining. This is a great opportunity for those interested in corporate legal and secretarial practice.
Practice Areas
Interns will gain exposure to:
- Drafting of resolutions, minutes, and notices
- FEMA compliances and NCLT matters
- Preparation and filing of various ROC forms
- Vetting of legal and commercial documents
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh law graduates (BA.LLB)
- Candidates graduating in 2024 or 2025 are eligible to apply
- Strong interest in corporate secretarial work
Stipend
₹5,000 per month
