About the Internship
ELF Partners is offering a two-month on-site internship (March–April 2026) in the field of Litigation & Arbitration Finance. This opportunity involves rigorous, research-intensive work in international dispute resolution and legal finance, providing exposure to cross-border arbitration and commercial litigation matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students preferred
- Strong analytical and drafting skills
- Demonstrated interest in international arbitration or commercial disputes
- Professional attitude and ability to handle research-intensive assignments
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conducting research on cross-border arbitration and commercial litigation matters
- Assisting in evaluation of legal claims from an investment perspective
- Researching damages assessment and enforcement strategies
- Supporting analysis of legal funding structures and award monetisation
- Preparing research notes and structured analytical reports
