About the Internship:
Cosmic Signaling is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. This internship offers practical exposure to corporate legal work, startup formation, intellectual property matters, contract management, and compliance functions within an in-house legal environment.
Internship Details:
Position: Legal Intern
Location: Sector 14, Noida
Duration: Minimum 3 Months
Mode: In-Office
Stipend: Paid (Well)
Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate upon successful completion
Eligibility Criteria:
• Pursuing or recently completed LL.B. (4th or 5th Year) or LL.M.
• Preference for candidates from reputed law schools.
• Strong interest in corporate law, startups, and intellectual property.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining:
- Employment Contracts
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Commercial Agreements
- Other legal documentation
• Assist the legal team in reviewing and preparing Shareholder Agreements.
• Conduct legal research on:
- Corporate Laws
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Regulatory developments affecting the business
• Maintain legal records, contract repositories, IP databases, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams including HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
