About the Opportunity
The Chambers of Nikhil Saini is offering internship opportunities for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in litigation, legal drafting, court practice, and dispute resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach towards legal work.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases preferred.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.
• Strong interest in criminal litigation.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions.
• Draft legal notices, replies, and regulatory representations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements and legal documents.
• Support compliance-related work and legal documentation.
• Coordinate on legal and contractual matters.
• Assist in matters before courts, tribunals, and authorities in Delhi.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
