About the Opportunity
Adv. Shubham Singhal is seeking dedicated and driven Legal Interns to assist with litigation-related assignments and legal research work.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good legal research and drafting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases preferred.
• Good communication and drafting abilities.
• Basic understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, regulations, and case laws.
• Analyze legal issues and assist in formulating legal strategies.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Assist in litigation management, including preparation of briefs and case summaries.
• Support compliance-related work and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsels and stakeholders when required.
