ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
SGOASIS is looking for a qualified Legal Associate with experience in property transactions to join a reputed law firm in Mumbai.
Position: Legal Associate Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai Qualification: LL.B. Experience: Minimum 3 years in property transactions
KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience in property transactions.
Knowledge of title due diligence.
Ability to draft legal documents.
Understanding of transaction structuring.
Knowledge of stamp duty and registration procedures.
WORKING DAYS & TIMINGS
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
