ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
King Stubb & Kasiva is looking to hire an Associate – Intellectual Property for its Delhi office.
Position: Associate – Intellectual Property Location: Delhi Experience: 1–2 years Practice Area: Intellectual Property
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
IP Prosecution & Oppositions: Handle trademark filings, prosecution, and opposition proceedings, and advise on trademark availability and infringement.
IP Litigation & Enforcement: Represent clients in IP-related litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, and patents, as well as criminal enforcement actions such as copyright infringement.
Legal Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on IP protection, portfolio management, licensing, and commercialisation of intellectual property rights.
Drafting & Documentation: Draft and negotiate IP-related contracts, including licensing and assignment agreements.
Preferred Candidates: Candidates with prior experience working at a law firm will be preferred.
