ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Vishen Law Chambers, Lucknow, is inviting applications for the position of Associate at its Lucknow office.
The ideal candidate should have experience in, or a strong interest in, Constitutional Law, real estate litigation, property disputes, RERA matters, and legal drafting.
Position: Associate Location: Lucknow Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience Freshers: Exceptional fresh graduates with a genuine interest in real estate law may also apply.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting in matters before the High Court, civil courts, RERA authorities, appellate tribunals, and other forums.
Conducting legal research and analysing relevant legal issues.
Drafting pleadings, notices, applications, and written submissions.
Supporting senior counsel in case preparation and court hearings.
Eligibility & Key Skills:
Relevant experience or a strong interest in Constitutional Law, real estate litigation, property disputes, and RERA matters.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Good analytical and communication abilities.
Genuine interest in litigation and real estate law.
