ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
IIIDEM is inviting applications for the position of Program Officer – Democracy & Election Management.
The role involves supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of national and international programmes in democracy and election management.
Position: Program Officer – Democracy & Election Management Location: IIIDEM Campus, Dwarka, New Delhi Remuneration: ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month Engagement: Contractual through NISG; 3 years initially
Key Responsibilities:
Programme and project management.
Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Organising events and delegations.
Preparing reports and documentation.
Developing knowledge products.
Supporting national and international programmes in democracy and election management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with any of the following qualifications and experience are eligible:
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Public Administration, Development Studies, or Management with 3 years of relevant experience; or
MIEMP with 2 years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor’s degree in the relevant disciplines with 5 years of relevant experience.
