A Tier 1 Law Firm is hiring experienced professionals for its Banking & Finance practice.

Principal Associate
Practice Area: Banking & Finance Location: Mumbai PQE: 3–8 Years
Key Requirements:
Experience advising on a wide range of financing transactions, including term loans, working capital facilities, and issuance of listed/unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border transactions.
Exposure to cross-border financing transactions and working with international lenders.
