Position: Legal Intern – Study Abroad
Location: Noida
Mode: Work From Office
Eligibility: 4th/5th year of a 5-year integrated law course or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year LL.B.
Stipend: As per industry standards
upGrad is looking for a Legal Intern to join its Study Abroad Legal Team in Noida.
The intern will get hands-on exposure to:
- Cross-border contracts and international partnerships.
- Data privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Legal research and analysis.
- Contract drafting and review.
- Stakeholder advisory and business-facing legal support.
Candidate Profile:
The opportunity is suitable for law students who:
- Are in the 4th/5th year of a 5-year integrated law course or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year LL.B.
- Have a keen interest in commercial/in-house legal work.
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
