Amity University, Noida is looking for experienced and dynamic professionals to join its Amity Technical Placement Cell. The role involves end-to-end coordination of Technical and Management Placements, developing strong corporate relationships and ensuring successful placement outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end Technical and Management placement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters, HR teams and industry partners.
- Identify and onboard new companies for campus recruitment.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, group discussions and selection processes.
- Liaise with students, faculty, recruiters and internal staff to ensure smooth placement drives.
- Manage multiple placement drives simultaneously while meeting timelines and targets.
- Maintain accurate placement records, MIS reports and recruitment data.
- Track placement performance, offers, joining status and recruiter feedback.
- Support employer engagement initiatives, industry interactions and campus hiring campaigns.
- Represent the university professionally during interactions with recruiters and corporate partners.
- Contribute to improving placement strategies, processes and overall student employability initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in university placements, campus recruitment, corporate relations, talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong experience in Technical and/or Management placements will be preferred.
- Must be based in Delhi-NCR, preferably Noida/Delhi.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good professional presentation and executive presence.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated stability and consistent performance in previous organisations.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable placement/recruitment results.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, MIS, reporting and other digital tools used for placement management.
