ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Position: Business Executive – IPR
Experience: Minimum 1 year in IPR / Patent / Intellectual Property Business Development
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IPR and patent domain.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospective clients.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups and business proposals.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms and other channels.
- Coordinate with the patent/IP team to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain sales pipelines and achieve business development targets.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in relevant industries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IPR, patent services, legal services or a related business development role.
- Good understanding of patent/IPR services.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates with an existing network in the IPR/patent ecosystem will be considered.
