ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
DAKSH is inviting applications for the position of Research Associate to join its Commercial Dispute Resolution team in Delhi.
The role combines legal research, empirical analysis and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on commercial courts, arbitral institutions and specialised tribunals in India.
Position: Research Associate

Team: Commercial Dispute Resolution
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–4 years of relevant work experience in litigation, arbitration, policy research or a related field
- LL.B. or LL.M.
- Knowledge of tribunals and specialised adjudicatory bodies in India
- Strong grounding in corporate law and financial regulation, including insolvency, securities and competition law
- Strong legal research, writing and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfort working with court/tribunal data and empirical analysis
The role involves research intended to contribute to institutional and policy reform.
