ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Position: Trainee Associate
Location: New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time
Eligibility: Final-year LL.B. students / Recent Graduates
Probation: 6 Months (Mandatory)

The role involves assisting on a diverse range of commercial, IP, and dispute-resolution matters and is intended for candidates seeking exposure to drafting, legal research, and litigation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs), lease deeds, and commercial contracts.
- Handling legal compliances for a hospitality group.
- Trademark and copyright prosecution.
- Commercial litigation and advisory work.
- Legal research.
- Exposure to media and entertainment law and general corporate-commercial matters.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Final-year LL.B. students or recent graduates.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Prior internship in litigation or commercial law preferred, but not mandatory.
