CS Abhijeet Verma is hiring for the position of Intern (On-site) in a professional legal environment, with a focus on corporate compliances and taxation matters.
The internship is designed for candidates seeking structured, hands-on exposure to corporate legal and tax compliance practice.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Only law students can apply.
- No prior experience is required.
- Prior exposure to corporate law and/or taxation will be preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Assisting with ROC filings, incorporations and ongoing compliance management.
- Assisting in GST and income tax-related matters.
- Legal drafting, documentation and research.
- Assisting with trademark-related matters.
