ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
The Office of Hon’ble Justice J.B. Pardiwala, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is inviting internship applications for October 2026.
LOCATION
New Delhi
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year of a three-year LL.B. course.
- Students currently enrolled in their 3rd/4th/5th year of a five-year LL.B. course.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis.
- Good research, drafting and communication skills will be an advantage.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling cases on a case-to-case basis and reviewing case facts and documents.
- Analysing legal drafts, judgments and relevant precedents.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries and recommendations.
- Coordinating with clients, advocates and court staff regarding case proceedings.
- Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications and other legal documents.

3 months
