N&Company Legal is inviting applications for two internship positions at its Delhi office. The firm offers exposure across litigation, white-collar crime, insolvency, commercial disputes, and intellectual property matters.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
N&Company Legal is looking to onboard two interns for a one-month internship based out of its Delhi office.
Interns will work closely with partners and senior associates and gain practical exposure to:
- White-collar crime defence and PMLA matters
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy
- Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting pleadings and legal opinions
- Preparation for hearings before courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies
- Matters before the NCLT and NCLAT
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Candidates currently pursuing or having recently completed a law degree.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Sound understanding of procedural law.
- Genuine interest in litigation practice.
- Prior internship experience in a litigation setting will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
