HKLO is hiring for its Banking & Finance (Debt & Equity) practice in New Delhi.
Positions: 2
Experience: 3–5 years PQE
Location: Jangpura Extension, New Delhi
Work Mode: In-office
Remuneration: Commensurate with PQE and experience
Bonus: 1 month’s remuneration
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience with a law firm in a Banking & Finance team.
- Hands-on experience with NCD and OCD transactions.
- Strong legal drafting skills.
- Experience in legal due diligence.
- Strong transaction execution skills.
