ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Arjun T. Bhagat & Co. is hiring an Associate for its Prosecution Team.
The opportunity is suitable for fresh law graduates or young legal professionals who are interested in developing their careers in Intellectual Property Law, particularly IP prosecution.
The selected candidate will work as part of the firm’s Prosecution Team and will have the opportunity to gain practical exposure to matters concerning Intellectual Property Rights.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property Law.
- Prior experience in IP prosecution will be preferred.
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights and prosecution work.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the team.
- Good analytical and legal research skills would be advantageous.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected Associate will be part of the firm’s IP Prosecution Team and may be involved in assignments relating to Intellectual Property prosecution and associated legal work.
The role is particularly suitable for candidates looking to build practical expertise in the prosecution side of IP law.
