About the Opportunity
The role offers an opportunity to work on M&A transactions and provide legal support across transaction documentation, due diligence, corporate approvals, regulatory matters, and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
• 2–3 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting and contract-review skills.
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
• Understanding of M&A, FDI/FEMA, SEBI and Corporate Law.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A transaction documents including SPAs, SHAs, JV Agreements and NDAs.
• Assist with legal due diligence across sectors.
• Coordinate with Business, Finance, Tax teams, and external counsel.
• Prepare Board Resolutions, corporate approvals, POAs, and regulatory filings.
• Track legal developments relating to M&A, FDI/FEMA, SEBI, and Corporate Law.
• Provide legal support on transaction documentation, contract vetting, and compliance matters.
• Maintain organised legal documentation.
