GYT Partners, a law firm based in New Delhi, is inviting applications from law students for a Legal Internship at its office in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. The internship provides practical exposure to litigation and day-to-day legal practice.
About the Opportunity
Selected interns will gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, litigation, court proceedings, and case preparation while working closely with advocates and gaining practical insights into legal practice.
Eligibility Criteria
• Students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. may apply.
• Good legal research and drafting skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Genuine interest in litigation and practical legal work.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and case-law research.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Work on civil and criminal litigation matters.
• Assist with matrimonial and family law matters.
• Support matters involving consumer and commercial disputes.
• Attend court proceedings and assist with case preparation.
• Interact with advocates and gain practical exposure to litigation.
