About the Organization
Chaubey & Company is inviting applications for a 1-month Legal Internship commencing from 1 September 2026. The internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on exposure to litigation, dispute resolution, and core legal drafting.
About the Opportunity
Selected interns will work closely with the team and gain practical exposure to real-time legal proceedings, court procedures, legal research, drafting, and professional legal practice.
Eligibility Criteria
• 4th and 5th-year law students are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Prior internship experience in litigation or law firms will be preferred.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in litigation practice.
• Willingness to learn and gain practical legal experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist with court procedures and filings.
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.
• Assist in drafting notices, pleadings, and applications.
• Participate in client interactions and matter discussions, subject to discretion.
• Assist the team with ongoing litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Duration
1 Month
Start Date: 1 September 2026
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Reporting Time: 9:30 AM
