T&S LAW is inviting applications for an Assessment Internship with a possibility of absorption into the firm. The internship focuses on Capital Market legal practice and requires candidates to have a strong understanding of and ability to work with the Companies Act, 2013.
About the Opportunity
This is an on-site internship in Noida designed for candidates seeking to build a career in Capital Markets and related corporate legal work. Performance during the assessment internship may lead to future absorption into the firm.
Eligibility Criteria
• 5th-year law students and graduated law students may apply.
• Students in 4th year or below should not apply, as a separate internship policy exists for them.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Genuine interest in Capital Market Law.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Ability to quickly understand concepts and implement them practically.
• Preference may be given to candidates with prior internship experience at firms dealing with Capital Markets and SEBI regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct CIBIL and Promoter watchout, legal research, and drafting.
• Assist with IPR Due Diligence.
• Assist in drafting Investment Chapters.
• Work on legalities relating to the appointment of directors.
• Assist with other legal requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Support the team on Capital Market-related legal assignments.
