About the Opportunity
The firm is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer with 3–4 years of relevant PQE and prior experience in M&A deals and corporate transactions. The role involves working on transaction execution and due diligence assignments.
Eligibility Criteria
• 3–4 years of relevant PQE.
• Prior experience working on M&A deals and corporate transactions.
• Previous experience in due diligence and transaction execution is mandatory.
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Sound understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist with and handle M&A transactions.
• Work on corporate transactions and advisory matters.
• Conduct and assist with legal due diligence.
• Support transaction execution from inception to completion.
• Draft and review transaction-related legal documents.
• Provide corporate and commercial legal advice.
