About the Opportunity
The firm is looking for lawyers with 3–5 years of PQE and relevant experience in technology-related commercial contracts and data privacy. Prior experience in DPDP implementation and advisory is essential.
Eligibility Criteria
• 3–5 years of PQE.
• Experience in drafting technology-related commercial contracts.
• Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Knowledge of FEMA, 1999, including FDI and ODI regulations.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Strong understanding of data protection and privacy laws.
• Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, and AI offerings.
• Prior experience in DPDP implementation and advisory is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Draft and review technology-related commercial contracts.
• Advise on data protection and privacy matters.
• Work on DPDP implementation and advisory assignments.
