About the Opportunity
The firm is hiring for the position of Senior Associate – IP Litigation. The role offers an opportunity to handle complex intellectual property litigation matters, appear before the Delhi High Court, assist Partners with litigation strategy, and take on team management responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria
• 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Prior experience in IP Litigation.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently handle litigation assignments.
• Experience in briefing senior advocates and assisting with litigation strategy.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior associates.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle IP litigation matters.
• Draft suits, applications, and other litigation documents.
• Review and prepare litigation-related documents.
• Assist Partners with case strategy and preparation.
• Brief senior advocates for court proceedings.
• Argue matters before courts, particularly the Delhi High Court.
• Supervise and mentor a team of associates.
• Take greater responsibility in ongoing IP litigation matters.
