Eligibility Criteria
• 6–9 years of experience in Banking & Finance Law.
• Candidates with a law firm background are preferred.
• Experience in structured debt transactions.
• Experience in debt capital markets and structured finance.
• Exposure to real estate finance, trade finance, acquisition finance, or sponsor finance.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Advise on structured debt transactions.
• Work on debt capital markets and structured finance matters.
• Assist with real estate finance and trade finance transactions.
• Handle acquisition and sponsor finance matters.
• Draft and review transaction documentation.
• Provide legal support on complex banking and finance transactions.
