About the Opportunity
The selected candidate will work on general corporate and transactional matters, including private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory assignments.
Eligibility Criteria
• 2 years of PQE.
• Experience in General Corporate and transactional matters.
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Candidates interested in working on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Advise clients on general corporate and transactional matters.
• Work on Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) investments.
• Assist with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Handle corporate advisory matters.
• Work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.
