About the Opportunity
The firm is hiring a Lawyer with 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). The selected candidate will work on high-value arbitration matters and gain exposure to complex disputes, drafting, and representation in arbitration proceedings.
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualified lawyer with 4–5 years of PQE.
• Strong legal drafting skills.
• Keen interest and experience in arbitration matters.
• Ability to handle complex legal assignments.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high-performance environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle high-value arbitration matters.
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
• Prepare Statements of Claim and Defence.
• Draft witness statements and written submissions.
• Represent clients in arbitration proceedings.
• Assist with and handle arbitration-related legal matters.
