About the Opportunity
The firm is hiring for Senior Associate and Trainee Associate / Associate positions. Selected candidates will work on challenging and high-value legal matters and will be expected to independently manage assignments from inception to completion under the guidance of senior members of the firm.
Eligibility Criteria
• Law graduates with relevant post-qualification experience may apply.
• Senior Associate: 5–6 years PQE.
• Trainee Associate / Associate: 2–4 years PQE.
• Excellent legal drafting skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical abilities.
• Ability to independently manage legal assignments.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Work on both litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Draft and review commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Draft petitions, rejoinders, pleadings, and related documents.
• Handle assignments from inception to completion.
• Assist with corporate, commercial, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters.
• Work closely with senior members on complex and high-value assignments.
