V.K.G.T Associates is inviting applications for a Paid Legal Internship at its office in Dadar East, Mumbai. The internship offers law students practical exposure to litigation and proceedings before various courts and tribunals.
About the Internship
The internship is designed for law students interested in gaining hands-on litigation experience, including exposure to matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Sessions Court, RERA, and High Court.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good legal research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases is preferred.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of legal research databases such as Manupatra and SCC.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Assist in drafting writs, legal applications, and other legal documents.
• Assist with court-related work and case preparation.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Support communication-related tasks as required.
• Attend court and tribunal hearings whenever required.
