About the Internship
The internship provides hands-on experience in litigation, legal research, drafting, and case management, allowing interns to work on real legal matters under professional guidance.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred.
• Good communication and drafting skills.
• Basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Analyse legal issues and assist in preparing legal strategies.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Assist in litigation management, including preparation of briefs and case summaries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required.
