About the Opportunity
Samvād Partners is hiring Associates for its Disputes Team at the Bengaluru office. The role is ideal for lawyers seeking exposure to high-quality dispute resolution matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated interest in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Ability to take ownership of assignments and work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic legal practice.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in handling dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft pleadings, applications, submissions, and legal opinions.
• Support partners and senior associates in ongoing mandates.
• Prepare case briefs and strategy notes.
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders.
• Manage assignments efficiently within stipulated timelines.
